I have an appointment with a nutritionist tomorrow. My parents think I’m eating poorly. Can you give me some advice on what to say to him or what he might bring up?
I do raw primal with raw milk at 17
just let him/her yap until you get out of there and continue with your diet. Debating him/her will prolly be useless bcs they'll never take u seriously and will tell your parents you got mixed up in some crazy conspiracy (my personal experience)
Yeah, I won't interfere in his business, but if he tells my parents to make them peanut butter sandwiches and I don't eat them, he'll kick me out of the apartment. It's my only chance—I have terrible parents.
that's unlucky man i'd try and explain it to your parents or just try to move out as fast as possible. Also let us know how the appointment went
I dont like studies tbh but you could find some to support raw milk consumption. And use examples of which nutrients and enzymes get lost and that people tolerate it better.
I can tell him that we don’t have any studies because we don’t lock people up in a lab, and then, if he asks about a specific study, I can say that it’s purely an association based on someone’s testimony.
There are some studies supporting raw milk I think that’s the better way for him to understand since he’s brainwashed
they don't care about a damn testimony mate, doctors have egos (both good and bad ) they need the pruf
Just lie
