Accutane?

Multiple people on .org told me to hop on accutane to shrink my nose, it does look pretty inflamed but I have a good diet of meat,eggs,fruit,honey, sourdough, potatoes and dairy products so im not sure what it could be, do I really need accutane though or an elimination diet?

Do not go on acutane do tretinoin instead
