i am assuming this is just changing to a primal-focused diet, but this is not very accessible for me at the moment. any tips to improve and minimize the effects of crohn's disease? not sure many will be able to contribute to this conversation.
Soft, bland foods are easy to digest. Drink water, eat healthy and work out. Physician prescribed steroids and antibiotics if needed. Last resort is surgery, like a colectomy. I don’t think you should do a primal focused diet, but ask your doctor.
Do not take a lot of antibiotics yourself because you could get opportunistic CDIFF

Red meat in certain amounts can be inflammatory, raw is not really the best in my opinion, never drink raw milk please. Mediterranean would probably be better for you if you have chrons. If your chrons is more developed in certain aspects you probably can only eat soft things. Fish chicken eggs rice vegetable fruits olive oil certain breads
