Okay, so basically I need to lose 40 pounds by June 22 and I have a question is the carnivore diet bad for you orrrrrr no?
What’s your weight and height? It’s easy to calculate out how many kcal u need to eat
I’m using the mynetdiary app so I’ve got it thx tho!!
you‘ll lose it most effectively by eating raw meat + drinking water only
BAM 15 is your best friend for this assignment
what is BAM 15
Mitochondrial uncoupler
Its not bad for you, if you cant eat raw then cook rare (or medium rare max), make sure you’re eating small amounts of organs (liver best), avoid milk and completely avoid any carbs (including fruits). Make sure you’re eating animal fats like raw butter and raw cheese
thanks 🙏🏼 this really helped
yeah slowly transition and at first youll loose a lot of water weight and may supplement some electrolytes in the changing period
wait, so the carnivore diet is bad for you?
no but its recommended to gradually switch and not overnight. there are a lot of videos on yt about it
Yes if done right
No being fat is bad for you. Do whatever you need to do. Carnivore, PSMF, water fast All of those are fast since you're on a time crunch.
Okay thank you!! I’m doing carnivore diet, tracking my calories, and fasting a few days out of the week
