Cheese and honey

Aajonous vonderplanitz emphasized honey with cheese if you want it to digest efficiently. Is this true? Or is it false?

He probably said that because of enzymes in honey. I doubt it would have much of an effect, though. There are only trace amounts of enzymes in honey and your body should be able to produce all the enzymes it needs naturally
