Ive been drinking whole a2 milk for a while now with cooked carnivore and i think i have a dairy sensitivity bc ive been animal based without milk in the past and a lot more debloated. the past 4 days ive been drinking raw milk but nothing has really improved and im still bloated. should i expect raw milk to fix the bloating or should i just thug it out and sacrifice angularity for growth?
