I have dandruff that comes from malassezia. When I don’t shampoo it gets much worse. Does anyone have advice? Im already eating properly, grounding, and getting sun. I’ve tried treated shampoos and they work but it always comes back. Right now I’m just using native shampoo to lessen the symptoms.
treat it by buying 2% ketoconazole/nizoral shampoo, use that instead of your native shampoo, if your scalp gets too dry after that try only using it 3x, then twice, then once a week
