I'm 16 and follow a very strict raw carnivore currently. I know raw milk is good for development, but I don't want to be drinking too much. Right now, I'm having about 36-48oz per day and was curious as to why this could be too much from a physiological standpoint, and what I should aim for. I've also noticed that since starting this diet, milk has become much sweeter, and tastes better in general. Has anyone else experienced this change?
Yeah, I've noticed that it tastes way sweeter too. Another thing is that my armpits stink like crazy after drinking raw milk, and I had to get used to drinking raw milk for the first month or so because I had diarrhea at the beginning, but now it's all fine.
I would say one to two liters is optimal and I'd be looking closer to the two-liter range in development.
I have been drinking raw milk for like 3 months now and haven't noticed any height changes. I'm 16, is it cooked for me already?
