Chew properly while eating ND don't use your cheeks to swallow, instead the tongue to maneuver the food around and swallow properly to avoid puffy cheeks. Mhtb imo, nice hair

Thanks!

It looks like you sleep on the right side of ur face, start sleeping on the left for 2-4-5 weeks once ur face is more like same on both sides start sleeping on your back also gua sha for your jawline and face, and some skin care for glowy skin

daliamone1h

Thanks!

Gua sha are we serious. Also sleeping on your back is only beneficial if you are 6 years old and your bones are growing

daliamone54m

Do u have any advice?

jera1146m

Women in general cant do anything besides losing weight, going the gym and getting different hairstyles becouse you are already wearing makeup, that covers all of the flaws that men focus on like acne, short lashes, sparse eyebrows and others. The only advice for you is to stop pumping fillers into your lips it looks ridiculous.

jera1143m

If you of course dont want to get surgery there is nothing else

daliamone41m

I'm not wearing fillers, they are my natural lips with gloss, and I'm welcome to surgery advice too

jera1139m(edited)

Oh i am sorry but you can see how i can mistake that as fillers...

jera1134m(edited)

If you want advice on surgery take a photo 2 meters away using the front camera of your phone, or you can stand infront of the mirror 2 meters away and use the 2x zoom to properly frame your face (selfies distort the face)
