In his latest video, he says that the carbs are good because they taste good to us and he ignores almost every research done on them and calls them speculation

Well, the same can be said for organ meats

He doesnot eat and promote organs meats because they have too much nutrients,

Well, why cannt we use frost's logic here?? Organs are the most delicious things by far then they must be very good for us and we should eat 1 pound of liver every day

But he doesnot do that because he read somewhere about copper and vitamin A poisoning, such double standards

,( the whole reason he quite carnivore from what I gathered is because only eating meat and butter is very very boring and hard and lacks flavour, which I agree with

I could have solved this problem of his by saying to start eating organs they add flavour to your diet and makes you feel wayy better

And stop consuming butter, it legit makes me feel horrible, it's unnatural to us to eat butter

eat the fat from the animal like in the thighs and belly

I would have told him, to get to your Butcher, tell him that he needs fat from the But of the lamb and once you have that, then eat it untill you cannot no more

That fat is legit sweet, delicious and makes me feel in heaven

And yes eating fruits is right but in its way

Our ancestors didnot have access to fruit every hour of the day, they would find some fruits or honey in weeks then they would eat it in some large amounts,

What I like to do, is I get half water melon or half melon and eat that whole half part

(Reminder that I do that in a week, like after this my carb consumption goes to almost zero and then I do that again in the next week)
