it looks like your a side sleeper so like lets say if u usually sleep on the left or right sleep the opposite direction for 2-4 weeks then check if ur face is more symmetrical then start sleeping on ur back it looks like ur face is very asymmetrical try fixing it
interesting First step is remembering which side I sleep on and going from there
Sleeping on your back wont do anything to your bones.
5.5 train ur neck, debloat a little, maybe darken eyebrows, fix undereyes, and thats about it for soft maxes
