I started to expose myself to the sun now. I regret a lot i didnt start it when im 13 because i feel insecure to walk outside alone now ive choose to walk outside and get the goddes son rather than the pain of being ugly forever.
I mean sunlight helps but it isn't a magic button that glows you up
