to fraud you can use an eyebrow pencil but i wouldnt advise doing this long term if possible
Dying Eyebrows:
A dark colour, typically black or dark brown, is ideal as it will increase perceived density and will also increase contrast. Dying eyebrows is essential for ginger/light-coloured hair people as it’s likely your eyebrows may be dense but still nearly invisible due to the colour. Lighter hair colours may prefer to not go as dark, maybe choosing a slightly less dark brown so that it doesn’t look obviously dyed.
Isn't caffeine a vasoconstrictor? So it should reduce blood flow?
Caffeine acts as a competitive antagonist of adenosine A2A and A2B receptors. Because adenosine causes vasodilation, blocking these receptors can have complex effects, reducing cerebral blood flow while potentially aiding systemic circulation.

What would topical RU58841 do? Its an anti-androgen
it acts as a "competitive antagonist," meaning it competes with DHT to sit on those receptors. Once it occupies the receptor, DHT can no longer attach and exert its hair-thinning effects, theoretically allowing follicles to remain healthy and hair to grow thicker or longer.
The only problem with that it risks going systemic and stopping testosterone from binding to the ARs in your body. I’d argue that unless you’re running DHT derivatives, fin/dut are much better options
