I think theres a quality when you seek slow dopamine like hanging out with your friend outside being unintended cringe and be based of what you genuinely want to do. You basically reset your dopamine system to the default which make life more enjoyable, this principlw will low your cortisol. Dont forget the quality of food affecting yourself too by messing with your hormone. Have fun and dont mind if theres a poop blocking your way this is life isnt it.
