Help me ascend maxilla

Someone tell me how to grow maxilla in development stage as a female 14-16 and get foreword growth and more projection in mid face. I’m not severely receded at all I just need more mid face support and I also have invisgn with bite ramps for now and getting invisgln ma later but what foods, supplements, methods etc can help me ascend
you could get custom cad/cam y or i plates installed with rubber bands to get more forward and upward growth this will give you a more prjected midface and more midface support i have a post about it there is also a cheaper way comment on me if you want to know th cheaper way but its less effective but will still help Your sutures should be open too for this too work
