Help me with the surgery

I want to have genioplasty, fat transfer to my eyes, and double chin liposuction all in one surgery. What do you think? I’m also considering jaw implants, but I’m completely unsure—I need some advice.
SirArdaMar 30Well Your skull structure is awesome in my opinion. And you got the “pretty boy” halo effect. From side i see chin recession this might be because of puberty or incomplete facial features because of age. If you ask about surgeries i would not recommend any. I’d recommend you to get leaner and train Neck. You need neck exercises asap. And if u still want to have a surgery i’d say Double Jaw Surgery…

My plan is to have a genioplasty; if insurance covers it, I’ll go with Trimax, and if not, I’ll opt for a genioplasty plus fat transfer to the eyes and liposuction. no buccal fat removal in plan
jettpslMar 30Take test + gh for 9 months and pray your lower third has good receptor density and gets most of the growth. if not opt for a double jaw
mikisdMar 30That's very dangerous, at least as far as I know, to inject testosterone, especially at a young age. I follow a raw, primal diet and am considering a low dose of CJC-1295 and ipamorelin to further increase IGF-1 levels and boost my height.

mikisdMar 30Yes, that's my plan: Bimax plus genioplasty equals Trimax. If insurance covers it, great; if not, genioplasty + fat transport alone will suffice. Unfortunately, I'm not a millionaire.
