High fwhr high TFHW

So I’ve got a 2.3 fwhr (jfl) but I’ve also got a 1.26 TFHW. In reality, my cheekbones are about 14.5cm-15cm. My skull is wide all round (square diamond) but it’s usually taller to around the same.ive also got a 1.15 Midface ratio.
My facial thirds are 33.8%, 29.2% and 37% widths are 82% and 91%
Is it really that bad? Because I’ve never had the feeling my Midface is compressed and squished.
