I'm trying to replicate a primal diet, but the problem is that my parents are religious and don't let me eat meat because of the brainwashing that hit India long ago. I've been drinking about 1.5-2litres of raw milk a day, and I eat about 6 eggs every day. I've been eating foods like Greek yogurt and other dairy as they are the ways I get animal fat. I want to know how I can replicate a primal diet as accurately as I cam with these restrictions. My main goals are to lose acne, gain bone density and mass, and grow taller, which I have heard that the primal diet can do. If you guys suggest supplements, then please list which ones and how much of that I should take. Thank you
yo bro i can relate i drink 2l of milk a day to and eat hella eggs since my parents usually dont have meat in the house so i would just get ur own money and buy meat with it and then you will be good you can also eat the meat raw so you dont have to go inside to your house and they will see you eating it
6 eggs seem too little, cook the whites and leave yolks raw. Generally, start with 2g of protein per kg of body weight with 1:1 fat to protein ratio and adjust from there.
