Just fix ur skin and hair bro, ur mouth looks small check if ur palate is narrow if it is get a palate expander, that's pretty much it nothing else to improve without surgery also u have very good bonemass

Hey, do your research first dont is go to an orthodontist and tell em that I want my palate bigger no matter what, Make sure to ask him about MASPE which take longer then any other way but is lot better
