I’m probably 15-18 % bf and I’m 5’6 cutting down to 12% how over is it for me this is the most unfrauded pic of me
5’6” isn’t that bad also if your facial structure is that prominent and good at around 16% bf then you’re nowhere near as cooked as you think. You look good dude idk what made you come to this forum
