ive been eating slop my whole life and my parents havent helped me in any way with diet, i am starting my own diet and eating my own food, the main thing i need help with is where to get reliable meat from and what to eat in a day, like what meals to make so i can fix my health indicators,
Fatty beef and drinking only water, will take time to see results.
IF it doesn't work tretinoin cream or accutane might be next reasonable step.
