My local grocery only sell grain feed beef is it safe to eat it raw?? Any hygine tips??
yes its safe to eat raw if you get sick its likely detox just dont eat heavily medicated or vaccinated meat, the cow's diet does not matter much
grain or grass fed dosent matter when it comes to "safety" just eat it. Although grain fed, cross contaminated, supermarket meat definitely cant taste that great
