I don’t have money for steak, so I primarily eat eggs

I eat scrambled eggs because I find it more enjoyable than sunny side up or boiled. but it doesn’t make me feel satisfied. I do put some cheese in the eggs, and I drink pasteurized milk, I eat some lunch meat with my eggs sometimes. I also end up eating something else like chips. I also used to walk 17k steps a day but haven’t walked in 2 weeks, do I have to walk that much for results or no?
I mean what’s even your goal?
Tbh I wouldn’t drink any milk if it wasn’t raw, it just used to destroy my gut and make me fart everywhere
