Is HTN achieve able with a surgery or two

This was a year ago, my side profile is badly nerfed because of my mandible and nose, i thought that my nose had that bump because my maxilla was recessed but surgeons told me that its completely fine and my nose is a genetic thing that can be fixed with a rhinoplasty, then comes skin i might hop on accutane still dont know what cope is my dermatologist gonna spit but surely accutane is going to be the move
