I am still developing and I’m wondering—is the stress in maintaining a physique worth it? I’ve been gymceling for about 6 months and recently took a month break because it messing up my sleep and taking a lot of my time. I’ve noticed my physique has gotten a little less defined (I am following the primal diet—meat, milk, etc), should I still work to maintain the physique for the small smv boost or not care. (I am pretty lean roughly 14-15% bf)
