Jaw assymetry

Does anyone know if this kind lf jaw assymetry can be fixed with jaw surgery? Or will it be better to just do implants (when i am 18)
Also adding as you can see i have class 2 (overbite) - would it be worth it to also do like a bsso advacement for the lower jaw or is this reccession to minor
Also can someone calculate snb sna angles?
