Hey, I came across the whole “looksmaxxing” concept about 4 months ago, and it has had a big impact on me. I used to weigh 108 kg at a height of 5’9” (I’m 18 years old), and now after around 3.5 months, I weigh 73 kg.
I followed some very extreme methods, including long periods of not eating, to get here. While I’ve achieved noticeable results—especially fat loss in my face—it’s still not to the same level as the rest of my body.
Now I’ve started going to the gym and focusing more on protein intake. I’m aware that I’ve likely lost a significant amount of muscle mass, so I’m working on rebuilding it.
I’d also appreciate some diet suggestions. Currently, my daily diet looks like this:
9 eggs
1 scoop whey isolate
120 g chicken on alternate days
30–40 g rice
2 tablespoons of butter
Some lentils (dal)
Coconut chutney and other light foods
I live in a hostel right now, so my food options are limited, but I plan to move out in about 4 months, which should improve my diet.
Overall, I’m consuming around 1500–1700 kcal per day.
My main question is: how can I achieve a leaner face? I’m also working on getting a lean body, but I’ve noticed some people at the gym have great physiques while their face doesn’t reflect that as much. How can I maximize facial leanness?
