MARPE MSE treatment post puberty

I think this would be an interesting thread;

For someone with a recessed maxilla, not very ideal ramus and a slightly narrow mid face, would you guys recommend MSE or would you perhaps argue that investing in other surgical procedures might be more worth it, considering the money being spent?

Also keep in mind the other alternative MARPE treatments available like MSE + Facemask and such.
