Can marpe fix a downgrown jaw and also give me more forward growth?
Probably not. Marple tends to only give about 2-3mm of forward growth in 15+ year olds, perhaps a couple more mms if paired with some reverse headgear. Its also quite hard to get a hold of, being quite expensive and reluctantly handed out by orthos (I've tried a few and have only ever been offered dental expanders because I'm only 15, despite the fact my sutures have closed and this would therefor…
