Meat

Is it okay to eat chicken if meat is out of your budge? What else should I eat if I can’t always afford to eat meat?

If you eat chicken and sometimes ruminant meat, you should add unsalted butter, sour cream, raw milk (if you still growing or you workout), also you could add salmon, tuna, sardines, oysters, pork (pork is way sheaper than beef), plain yogurts, overal, do not forget eat enough fat in your diet.

You should incorporate red meat into your diet even if it's ground or cheap cuts, it's better than none at all.

if you eat chicken your probably gonna want butter or another fat source with it. raw milk/ cheese is also great if you can tolerate it.
