Getting MSE + Facemask pretty sure;
This will give me a good baseline to work with, a few mms of expansion to open up the sutures and a few mms of forward movement as well.
Jaw surgery will be the next sensible step, is there anything that I need to keep in mind or maybe you people could give me some kind of advice on what could be a better route to take, my main goal is to reverse previous orthodontic procedures that destroyed my face, flattened my maxilla, recessed my jaw and made my face look “long” if that makes sense;

May I see ur base pls . How many mm are u planning in clockwise , yaw and forward advancement for the ascension
I’m not sure about clockwise rotation or if it’s even possible, jawhacks and other people got a few mms of forward movement after 17 so It’s not really important anyway since jaw surgery will be the next step

I’ve seen a good ortho in turkey, she was in a video with jawhacks, I’m considering a consultation with her soon, if it’s in my budget I’ll go through with it otherwise maybe someone in thailand.

Aw man, orthos took away so much from us, can’t even breathe or sleep anymore, we need to take back what was taken from us and consult with actual professionals this time
Literally hell. Especially if looks wise. Wish if we succed to reverse that
