in this post I will be talking about cope methods and methods that really work
Cope methods:
Bonesmashing: This doesn't work I mean It might increase bone density but we don't want this we want bone remodeling( remodeling the bone to a more asthetic way) Also it will decrease our skin quality which isn't good for us. BSing will also cause inflammation if you want to look like having a little bit bigger zygos you could BS before you meet someone i wouldn't reccomend this it probably won't even have a big effect IDK about this I haven't BS myself properly.
Thumbpulling: If you believe this works this is a sign of low IQ or cope. The reason why people thumbpull is to widen their palate and increase their fwhr. But to widen the palate you must split the maxillary suture if your maxillary suture doesn't split your palate didn't expand the reason is because when you split your palate your body will produce more bone in the maxillary suture making a wider palate. Lets say you split your maxillary suture by thumbpulling your done. Your suture will be wobbly and you will create a lot of assymetry you would want to call a doctor or 911 immediatley. Even people with MARPE and FME have gotten facial assymetry because the doctor didn't allign the palate expander to the maxillary suture properly. Or one of their suture was more fused or denser or both. I have a post about orthodontics and how to prevent assymetry with palate expanders.
Towel pulling: if you also believe this you are either coping or low IQ. Towel pulling doesn't do anything to actually get ccw rotation you need constant pressure. Towel pulling at max if you do it for one houre you won't get any results Just get TADS.
Real looksmaxxing methods:
Optimal diet: good for development and testosterone and hgh and overall horomones skin will get clearer too.
Skincare: don't use too much skin products I would reccomend GHKCU and skincare products without fragrences or endocrine diruptors most skin care products disrupt your horomones and aren't beneficial. just go on a proper diet and your skin will clear up.
Mewing: Good for development and just keep doing it no matter what age you are. It will barley give you any asthetic benefits if your not under 10.
Working out: good if your growth plates are closed. Working out isn't optimal for people who are still developing may stunt growth.
Orthodontics: Get FME if your palate is narrow and fwhr is narrow I have a detailed post about the asthetic changes you can get from orthodontics. You should just get a good orthodontist who doesn't want to steal your money. Ask him or her what asthetic benefits you want.
Debloating: Never make your sodium levels low you would want a potassium to sodium ratio 2:1 or 1:1 either one is good. If you cronically under consume sodium you will increase your aldosterone which means you are going to hold onto more sodium and where aldosterone and sodium follows water will go there causing bloating. Overtime if you follow this you would need to intake less and less sodium to even maintain a debloated baseline so your going to become sodium resistance. low sodium will also crash your testosterone and increase your cortisol which means more aldosterone making more bloating. I got this information from Anton Verada he is one of the best looksmaxxing youtuber go check his debloating vid and other vids but if he reccomends ultrasonic cavitation i wouldn't reccomend that because the side effects might cause blindness, ear drum damage and more bad stuff if done unprofessionaly i wouldn't risk it.
