In a reasonable order and/or from a reliable source, where can I learn about biochemical processes, nutritional science, and dietary education? I see frost mention the biochemistry that goes on in our bodies a lot and talk about how we process nutrients but I have been looking for a source like articles, courses, or videos to actually learn all of this stuff without vegan propaganda or pseudosciences. Anyone got any advice?
