What are your opinions on braces/orthodontics? I’ve seen some people praise it and some say it’s terrible. I think it’s just modern science worth taking advantage of. From my expierence I had two palate expanders which really helped me. Also getting braces soon.
I think if your sutures are still resposive (below the age of like 28) then orthodontics are one of the best ways to ascend people who deny orthodontics also deny science
