What should I tell my orthodontist so I can get some sort of orthopedic treatment for better forward growth and how should I go about this with my parents as they would probably never pay if it was just for aesthetics.
Braces is for aesthetics. Straight teeth is an aesthetic trait. I would wait until your 18-20 and then get Invisalign.

I have heard this but wouldn’t this also make my teeth misaligned so I have to get braces again?
yeah, it'll create a diastema (gap between your front two incisors), and it'll also increase your palate width, which will most probably result in a malocclusion between the upper and lower arch, so they'll have to tip the lower teeth outward and close the gap, and also probably tip the upper teeth inward, so yes you will have to get braces after it btw, braces alone wont do anything for your fac…
