palmitic acid and stearic acid

Anyone has a good reliable study on palmitic acid and stearic acid or any important info. I'm hyper fixated on Bdnf as well as iq and keep seeing stuff saying they cause brain issues. I obvious don't believe it as it doesn't logically make sense a species would adapt in that way so any info would be apricated
