For development, should I be doing OMAD, and if not then what should I do instead? Also how can I figure out or calculate how much protein and fats I should be eating?
assuming you're a teen in development, OMAD isn't necessary or mandatory IMO. as for how much you should eat. Just eat fatty meat until satiation and your body will tell you when to stop. and from my experience just 1-2 big meals of fatty meat are enough to last me through the day.Raw milk is also advised during development so you can have some of that
max protein ~1.8-2g per kg of bodyweight, eat until satiety as the other guy said.
