Hey! I’m new to all this and need some tips and advice on how to improve my face, diet and exercise, please don’t hesitate to absolutely roast me in the comments! Here’s my front and side profile (and a picture of me with my hair down!)



Lower bodyfat asap, Keep your hair long ( it adds you harmony and hides facial fat a little bit ) start eating healthy & have proper diet. Cut all sugar and minimize your salt intake. You have great potantional think it like as a starting point
Thank you for the advice!! Im working with a calorie deficit of 1500 kcal and I stopped eating a lot of fully processed products and sweets! Is there anything I should be focusing on? Like carbs, proteins, etc?
In my opinion the key to fat loss is a calorie deficit (which you are already doing) and high protein so you can maintain muscle density. If you are also training which I recommend, I would not do no/low carb you would more than likely have very low energy especially if you are already used to carbs like pasta, bread, rice and pastries, processed or not. Minimize your carb take and cut all sugar

focus on protein + fats eat lots of steak, eggs, dairy & fruits dont worry about the cholesterol its not bad for u the studies are association not cause and effect. For some extra context! • I’ve been going strong with a calorie deficit (1500 kcal daily) • My skin never really responds well to skincare stuff so I really just use vaseline • I’ve been mewing for I think a bit more than a year(?) and I already see improvements with my face! •I’ve been trying to sleep more on my right side to fix my asymmetrical face :’)
