This is me at 15. What would be the best course of action I can do for optimal development? Also, is there anything I should focus on to increase projection for my side profile?
raw muscle meat (or cooked blue rare AT THE VERY MOST) once or twice per day (every meal until full) with TONS of raw butter AND/or (egg yolks)
also raw organs but I don't expect u do to that. no matter what you do even, if you char your muscle meat to death... either source of raw fat is non negotiable. if i were u i'd actually only eat raw butter, raw yolks and raw goat milk every single day. i'd only eat some muscle to regulate bial bc too much fat in comparison to everything else can make u throw up.
also straighten your spine against a wall daily like they do in those pelvic tilt correction videos. This will ensure your spine is straight and can grow vertically for maximum height. Good luck our son.
Im getting raw dairy very soon and will be able to have a very good raw diet after that, but how many meals a day do you recommend? Also would it be bad to get raw a2 cows milk over goat milk?
