What actually is the optimal diet for debloating. Is it just meat, should fruit be included? Please give foods that are beneficial for debloating and getting lean
debloat: sweat alot by doing cardio, sauna, reduce sodium intake(salt) and increase pottasium rich foods such as banana, blueberries, apricots,coconut water and 8hr+ sleep. do lymphatic drainage, avoid junk foods and packed foods cause it's filled with sodium. the pottasium to sodium ratio should be 4:1. Ice ur face everyday to reduce puffiness
