what would yall rate my diet. this is just a list of foods i eat i dont eat all of this everyday: eggs, steak, ground beef 80/20, salmon, seabass, chicken, liver, brain, kidney, heart, glands, spleen, pancreas, oysters, musells, clams, scallops, lobster, shrimp, raw milk, raw blood, raw colostrum, sometimes kefir, raw cheddar, raw cream/butter/animal fat, royal jelly/honey, berries, avocado, orange, banana, pineapple, sweet potato, saurkraut, kimchi, zuchinni/cucumber, squash, tomato
what can add/remove? (if there's anything i can change)
Get rid of vegetables, fruits, and sweet poato bro if you want to be optimal - still a very good diet 8/10
wrong little fruit is good for insulin little tho and raw honey vegtables are true
