In my opinion, looksmaxxing communities rate people way too brutally. With so many people being overweight, having acne, poor grooming, or bad skin, a lot of "average" faces get hammered with harsh deductions.
For example, they'll dock 3–4 points just for something like a negative canthal tilt — even though, in a real high-school environment with 30 kids in a class, someone rated a 5.5 or 6 in those communities would often be one of the top 5 most attractive people there.
The online rating scale feels disconnected from everyday reality. What gets called "mid" or "low-tier normie" in looksmaxxing forums would actually stand out positively in most normal settings.
