how far can i go with softmaxxing, can i reach mtn+ ??

also what surgery can i get once i’m done softmaxxing ??

Get lean, fix ur hair n eyebrows. Train ur neck it would help u a lot, it looks like a stick.

You can defo reach a 5.25 by optimizing your hair, leanness and eyebrows. From there it’s an Alar base reduction+jaw implants and you’re comfortably a 6.5. All the way from a 4.5(imo)

You’re going to have to lean on physique and appeal at that point(for the overall smv)

imo yes. you have a decent base if ur starting out

yeah you could probably reach mtn but you have to leanmax first. Also i would suggest getting jaw angle implants since it looks like you have a short ramus
