Trying to get to 10-12% bodyfat from currently 15, also on Accutane for some acne that is currently being covered by a thin layer of concealer.
5/10 - good coloring, rough canthal tilt, no jaw same as me bro
For body fat: either carnivore (1:1 fat to protein) and gradually lowering the fat while keeping protein the same for easier adherence but slower results. Or PSMF carnivore (same protein but less than 20g fat a day) for fastest fat loss, but if you do it long term your hormonal health will get worse.
protein always kept ~1.8-2g per kg of desired bodyweight unless going below 10%
