i know raw yogurt and raw kefir have similar nutrition to raw milk, but isnt like 80% of the igf1 lost in fermentation? is that why ppl mainly drink milk for growth? im trying to figure out how to drink milk for development without triggering bloating that i feel after. i drink raw farm a2 whole.
