I’m eating 90/10 grass fed beef (2IBS) a day. And some carbs before gym , and it’s the best thing I’ve done so far. Sweet potatoes are pretty much the only carbs I eat. Are sweet potatoes good for the health , or should I go carnivore

Sweet potatoes are good- nice source of natural carbs. What’s important is having the diet you actually like and can stick to long term. Carnivore may be better on paper but if you hate it and can’t stick to it and end up binge eating then it’s worse. Plus carbs are good if you’re wanting to put on more muscle as pure carnivore makes it harder to gain muscle and size which is important obviously
Eat it raw next time too
Aajonus.net or faceIq videos for diet advice. Seen a lot of people eat potatoes for carb source but raw dairy is the single best carb source which FaceIQ said. He also said multiple times you dont need any or many carbs 0-10% but raw dairy is very beneficial for development
It's suboptimal but not bad, I'd replace those with added fat to beef. And it might take a bit for gym performance to rebound.
Why not milk or even honey or fruits over roots
I don’t want to eat a lot of fat and carbs at the same time. My goal is to build muscle , but I don’t want to get fat. So I’m eating fruits , sweet potatoes and ground beef only right now , and eggs
