What difference would a raw food-only diet make for health and looks compared to a whole food-only, animal-based diet that includes whole and minimally processed grains? What is the actual ROI? And extra question, how do people seriously eat raw meat and not get sick?
Grains have carbs and toxins are higher in whole grains. I would recommend just trying it for a while to see your ROI.
