hello face iq the studys you showed are true raw milk has good bacteria and enzyemes and pasterization kills most if not all of those but what about the salmonella because its proven raw milk could have salmonella?
The dairy industry despises raw milk because it supports local farmers, and doesn't allow for the current large scale farming practices used for pasteurised dairy. The risk to reward ratio is worth it imo, If I could grow 2 inch taller but have 5% of getting sick(and recovering its not like you just instantly die from salmonella) I would do it every time
Im 16 and at the end of my puberty. Im hoping my growth plates are still open and im going to take the risk of drinking raw milk to try to squeeze out the max amount of height i have left natrually.

The chances you get sick from raw milk are extremely slim, you're way more likely to get sick from lettuce then raw milk, so don't worry about it.
If ur in puberty, imo take the risk. I haven’t looking into raw milk that much but I can say the positives out weigh the negatives it’s great for you during puberty.
