I keep seeing mixed opinions about seed oils, and I’m honestly confused. Some people say they are really bad and cause inflammation or health problems, while others say they are completely fine and even healthy.
Are seed oils actually good or bad for you? And why?
Also, what is the real evidence behind both sides? Like, are there actual studies that prove they are harmful or safe, or is it mostly just opinions?
And is the study claiming that heart health improves when saturated fats ( which I see everyone who agrees with seed oils use) are replaced with seed oils, actually true, and if so, why or how?

Also they can convert into aldehydes. Which are toxic. Also, there is not point to consume them as they are not what humans have genotypically evolved to withstand across our genome.
