side profile fixable with genio or do i need bimax?

your chin is already good, bimax is the only way to fix the side profile
I think a bimax would be the best option on the table maybe with ccw rotation if your maxilla is downgrown i can't quite see from the pic but if your midface ratio is long that is generally an indication ccw will improve both your side and front prof
